Intellectual Property

CourseOps and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Ascent Labs. Your course content and data remain yours — we do not claim ownership of any content you provide through the platform.

Limitation of Liability

CourseOps is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ascent Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
